Having more than 35 years industrial experience, he retired as general manager from NFL. He has authored 14 technical papers published in national as well as international journals and is a recipient of government awards on innovative technical suggestions. |

Dr. Saurabh Gupta
Dr. Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a PHD in finance along with
an MBA from AIMA-CME. He has rich experience in providing taxation,
project planning & auditing services to a wide base of Indian & Overseas
clients including ONGC Ltd, Acer India Private Limited, Tata Indicom,
Midland Valley Exploration Ltd. UK, Deutsche Montan Technologies Gmbh, Rush
Sales Company, U.S.A. He has come on board as the Chief Financial Officer of
the organization .

Praveen Bhargava, Director R&D
Praveen did his post graduation in Chemistry from Delhi University in 1987. He also acquired a Post Graduate Diploma in Ecology & Environment (PGDEE) from Indian Institute of Ecology & Environment. He has been working as an Environment Consultant for last 20 years. He has been handling our E-waste R&D practice for the last 3 years.

He is a graduate of IIM Ahmedabad and has 22 years of rich experience in the Indian Army. He is dynamic and analytical in his approach and efficient in using IT for critical business analysis. He has been a training instructor actively involved in induction of major equipments in the Army, in collaboration with DRDO. |

Malay Mandal, Head Metallurgy Unit
He holds a BTech in Metallurgy from NIT Durgapur and is an MTech from ISM Dhanbad. He has worked extensively in the metallurgical field in India and abroad and has close to 20 years of experience. He has been the force behind innovative technologies for gold extraction at Hutti Gold Mines.
